THE QUEEN'S GRILLED YUCCA 1 yucca gourd, halved, sliced, seeds scraped. Oil Salt Pepper Lemon juice Honey Diced Peppers Remove the seeds and slice the yucca into 1-inch slices. Coat in all ingredients to taste (Don't be shy! More is better!). Roast on an open flame until tender. While roasting, use a pan to toast the seeds of the gourd until they are golden brown. Serve hot and with love!
