By climbing the Ancient Spire, you've unlocked the ability to fast travel there.
Use Fast Travel and speak to the Flame atop the Ancient Spire in the Springlands afterwards to proceed.
You can fast travel to any Ancient Spires you've climbed and your own Flame Altars.
